Breakfast offered a variety of options, though some dishes could use more flavor. I faced a couple of hiccups with language barriers at the reception and bar. communication could be smoother. On one occasion, the air conditioning unit in my room made a loud noise at night, which disrupted my sleep. Still, the staff was generally helpful, and I appreciated their efforts to make my stay enjoyable.

the kempinski is in a great spot right next to the houhai subway station, which makes getting around super easy. the indoor pool is fantastic too, perfect for a refreshing dip after a long day. the luxurious rooms really added to the overall experience.

It wasn't cheap, but you know, still acceptable.
